These terms apply to the Disciplina iOS app ("the app") provided by Collective Engineering Corporation ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.
Subscriptions
Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Not medical advice
The app provides general nutrition and fitness information for personal tracking. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
